How to Change a Table Pad

Using a table pad is an excellent way to protect the surface of your dining table. They come in many shapes and dimensions and in several colors. Table pads are waterproof and will protect your table from spills. Changing a table pad is an easy process. Does this Spark an idea?

Remove place mats, napkins and the tablecloth from your dining table, leaving the table pad exposed.

With a damp sponge, wipe down the surface of the table pad.

Remove the table pad from the table. Fold it along the seams.

Set aside your old table pad.

Using furniture polish and paper towels, gently wipe the surface of your table.

Ensure that your dining table is clean and dry. The new table pad will not stay in place as easily on a damp surface, and your table may become damaged if it is covered while wet.

Unfold the new table pad and place it on the table.

Replace any tablecloth, place mats or napkins on your dining table.
